I am not speaking directly to the laundry bags too much, though I will say that they seem durable, and I like the fabric square for labeling. The items arrived very quickly, and when I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong size, I gave the company (laundrybags.com) a call. Not knowing what to expect, I was prepared to accept whatever they said, as the mistake was my fault. I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful, kind, patient customer service I received. I called back a few days later to order a different size, and I was again greeted and taken care of with kind, patient, helpfulness from the person who took my call. She answered all of my questions, looked into different shipping options without being asked, and made sure that the bags I ordered this time were shipped out the same day.
