I am not speaking directly to the laundry bags too much, though I will say that they seem durable, and I like the fabric square for labeling. The items arrived very quickly, and when I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong size, I gave the company (laundrybags.com) a call. Not knowing what to expect, I was prepared to accept whatever they said, as the mistake was my fault. I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful, kind, patient customer service I received. I called back a few days later to order a different size, and I was again greeted and taken care of with kind, patient, helpfulness from the person who took my call. She answered all of my questions, looked into different shipping options without being asked, and made sure that the bags I ordered this time were shipped out the same day.

These laundry bags are beyond exceptional! I needed several different sizes of laundry bags for various businesses I own coupled with bags I ordered for household needs. Our company has used these same bags for a long long time now- yellow, green and blue. I was asked to write an honest review and what I will say is the bags are the best on the market. We've tried others too, but these are the best. Great customer service, great product.

To be honest, I originally gave them three stars and was going to give a negative review. I ordered 300 of the zipper mesh back in January and they shipped me 300 of the drawstring mesh. I changed my review because after one phone call they apologized and shipped the correct order right out. The bags themselves are really strong and have held up for 6 months now with heavy use.I love the zipper. This company made a mistake and then made it right.

I have been buying these bags for years. But until this year, I always bought the white mesh as I worried about bleaching being a problem for any of the other bags. It has been a busy time for our company and in January I needed bags shipped immediately for my last order. When I found out they were out of stock on the white bag, I called the company. Isabelle assured me that any of the bags with colors can be bleached, there will be no ink bleeding, etc.... She was right. I have ordered twice since then, and now am using three different colors- Blue, orange and green. No problem. (I always purchase all three sizes, the small, medium and large). Highly recommend.

My 2 bags arrived on the fourth day after I placed the order (with regular shipping from FL to NY). I had called with some questions about the product and the customer service rep was very helpful.
